To ensure a smooth welcome and to take advantage of our competitive rates, all our group visits require advance booking.

GROUP REQUESTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY EMAIL.

Requests received by telephone will not be considered.

SCHOOL GROUP

Please send us the following information by email:

 

          • Date and arrival time requested
          • Number of students
          • Approximate age of participants
          • Name and address of the school

PRIVATE GROUP

Please send us the following information by email:

 

          • Preferred arrival date and time
          • Number of participants (number of children 12 years and under + number of adults)
          • 2-hour or 4-hour or evening block
          • Name and contact information of the responsible person


*Please note that only one invoice will be issued per group; no splitting will be possible.
