JOB DESCRIPTION

The snack bar attendant at Aventures Neige is one of the main points of contact with customers and must deliver an exceptional customer experience.

They are primarily responsible for selling and preparing food offered at the snack bar. During quieter periods, they will also be responsible for ticket sales.

The candidate may be required to work weekdays and weekends, day and evening shifts, full-time or part-time, depending on the agreement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process food and beverage sales transactions.
• Sell tickets as needed.
• Receive payments in cash or by card.
• Prepare food items.
• Explain snow tubing park operations to customers and answer their questions as needed.
• Complete the daily report and balance the cash register.
• Restock and set up products.
• Perform housekeeping and dishwashing duties.
• Perform any other assigned tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong teamwork skills.
• Fluent communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and without supervision.
• Ability to perform basic calculations.
• Experience working with a POS system/cash register is an asset.
• Kitchen experience is an asset.
• Strong focus and good judgment.

They are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the lifts, managing slide traffic, and ensuring activities run smoothly.

The candidate may be required to work weekdays and weekends, day and evening shifts, full-time or part-time, depending on the agreement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and inspect the tubing park prior to opening.
• Maintain loading and unloading areas throughout the day.
• Manage slide traffic by controlling lane gates.
• Ensure safety rules are respected to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
• Verify ticket validity.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain outdoor areas and handle snow removal.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong teamwork skills.
• Good physical condition and willingness to work outdoors.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to exercise authority politely and courteously.
• Strong focus and good judgment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The cleaning attendant at Aventures Neige works primarily independently outside of operating hours.

They are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of all indoor areas. Through quality work and consistency, they contribute directly to providing a clean and welcoming environment for our guests and maintaining Aventures Neige’s professional image.

This position represents approximately 3 hours of work per day, early in the morning or in the evening. The attendant may be scheduled on weekdays and weekends, according to the agreed schedule.

It is possible to combine this position with a housekeeping job at AX Hôtel to increase total work hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily floor cleaning using a vacuum and mop.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Restock soap, paper towel, and toilet paper dispensers.
• Empty trash cans and replace bags throughout the building.
• Clean surfaces and common areas as needed.
• Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Monitor cleaning products and supplies, reporting restocking needs.
• Report any anomalies, damages, or issues requiring special attention.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Autonomous, reliable, and organized.
• Strong attention to detail and high standard of work.
• Good physical condition and able to perform cleaning tasks for several hours.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal to no supervision.
• Available to work outside center operating hours.
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
